Thanksgiving is over, as is our shopping for epic Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, which means it’s time to start feeling festive, deck the halls and fully prepare our homes for Christmas! And looking at celebrity Christmas trees is our favorite thing to do before we get started, as like with most things, we can get a *lot* of tips and inspiration from the A-listers, who never fail to put on gorgeous displays for the holiday season!

The biggest and most important part of decorating for the holidays is undoubtedly the Christmas tree, and every year, it seems to get tougher to come up with new, inspiring ways to decorate it. What will the color scheme be? Will we go modern and minimal or will we go traditional and over-the-top?

We love seeing how the celebs are celebrating Christmas every year; and although replicating their Christmas trees and holiday decorations in full is only a dream, we can still get some inspiration from them, even if it’s just something as simple as the color scheme!

The 11 Best Celebrity Christmas Trees

The competition for our favorite celebrity Christmas décor is tough, but here are a few highlights…

1.  Nick Jonas & Priyanka Chopra Jonas in 2021

The happy couple shared this gorgeous, affectionate picture of themselves and their pooches, Gino, Panda and Diana, in front of their tree in 2021. And Priyanka’s outfit is just as stunning and festive as the tree itself, which had a red, white, and gold theme and was adorned with thousands of lights, not to mention what looks like hundreds of presents underneath! Wow!

2. Mariah Carey in 2020

Of course, the unofficial queen of Christmas had to feature on this list. It would be a crime if she didn’t! The “All I Want For Christmas Is You” hitmaker most likely starts thinking about next year’s Christmas decorations in January; and judging by her Christmas displays that seem to get bigger and more spectacular by the year, it definitely looks like a *lot* of thought and preparation had gone into them! The diva most likely has more than one tree in her home, and we love the metallic silver and gold theme that’s going on in this particular picture she shared while posing in front of the tree with her makeup artist!

3. Gwen Stefani in 2021

The Voice coach takes a theme very seriously, and we love how she went full festive for this picture of herself in front of her Christmas tree in 2021! Featuring cute red and green gingerbread men on a string, and traditional round baubles, her tree was playful, quirky, and traditional all at the same time!

4. Eva Longoria in 2021

The Desperate Housewives alum took the go big or go home phrase very literally, as her Christmas tree featured some of the most gargantuan baubles we have ever seen in our lives! They look even bigger compared to the pint-sized actress and her adorable son Santiago, who were posing lovingly in their pajamas in front of the tree. Sure getting dressed up for the holidays is fun, but does anything really beat spending the day in your comfiest clothes?!

5. Jane Fonda in 2020

Jane Fonda is an icon, so it was only fitting that she would have a timeless and iconic Christmas tree. In 2020, the Grace and Frankie star went for a traditional red and gold theme, topping off her tree with a cute white lit-up angel!

6. Selena Gomez in 2020

We might be obsessed with her pooch and also crushing on her mustard yellow loungewear, but we also love Selena’s cute, understated, faux Christmas tree with red and gold baubles and an abundance of lights! This is great inspiration for anyone who has smaller spaces to work with, as it goes to show that just a few baubles and a lot of lights can transform the room in an instant and get anyone in the Christmas spirit!

7. Ashley Tisdale in 2021

The former High School Musical star went for more modern and beachy-inspired Christmas tree decorations such as a white dove and a white starfish, as well as an ‘F’ decoration, we assume in reference to her surname ‘French’ which she added to her own last name after she got married to musician Christopher French. We love personalized and meaningful decorations! The gifts under the tree were wrapped in more traditional red and green colors though, with cute snowman and Christmas tree designs. Aww!

8. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos in 2021

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ Christmas tree in 2021 had it all. Not only was it an enormous tree in size, but it was one of the most colorful trees we have ever seen, covered in green, red, and blue lights and multicolor baubles and topped off with a dazzling gold star. Christmas tree goals right there!

9. Khloé Kardashian in 2019

The Kardashians are known for having truly spectacular Christmas displays (just check out Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner’s past displays if you don’t believe us) but there was something so cute about Khloé’s pretty pink and relatively simple tree that she said was sent to her by Four Seasons artistic director Jeff Leatham especially for daughter True Thompson back in 2019! Look at her adorable little face – isn’t that what the holidays are all about?! With the current Barbiecore obsession, we predict that we will see a lot more trees like this in 2022!

10. Heidi Klum in 2021

Heidi Klum famously owns Halloween, but the America’s Got Talent judge also knows a thing or two about Christmas too! Her family took their Christmas sartorial duties very seriously, as they posed in front of their fun and whimsical tree with personalized Santa hats and matching Santa pajamas. She doesn’t do anything by halves!

11. Jessica Simpson in 2020

Jessica decided to bring some light and color to the end of a very confusing pandemic year with her choice of Christmas tree decorations – and it was definitely mission accomplished! We love the multicolor theme of her decorated tree – the purple and blue baubles in particular! – and the matching Christmas pajamas she and her daughter are wearing are an added bonus!
