As we settle into the end of December, the sky is dark, our complexions are dry, and our minds are weary. The good news? It's nothing an invigorating face mask or shimmery eyeshadows can't solve! (JK, but like, it helps!) In all seriousness, now is the time when it's all the more important to pamper yourself, even if that means just popping on fluttery lashes that make you feel good.

Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal Liner: VB’s Greatest Hits

Victoria Beckham

Victoria Beckham

I've loved Victoria Beckham's Satin Kajal liners for years, relishing the reveal of each new shade and/or finish (they come in matte, shimmer, or jewel). With VB's Greatest Hits collection, reaching into the glossy cylinder case for one of the eight shades (including classics like Black and Cocoa and magnificent jewel tones like Sequin Green) is an utter delight and, sometimes, an invitation to glide on one at random for an unexpected dose of color. — Lauren Valenti, beauty director

True + Pure Texture Blonde-Brown Clip-In Extensions

True + Pure Texture

When I wear extensions, I prefer to use ones with a kinky-straight texture. Once I silk them out straight and press my hair, it blends beautifully with my hair's natural texture. These clip ins from True + Pure are my new favorites. I mixed the blonde-brown shade with dark brown to fake streaked, chunky-blonde highlights and I'm obsessed. — Kara Jillian Brown, beauty editor

EltaMD Skin Recovery Light Moisturizer

Elta MD Skincare

Elta MD Skincare

EltaMD is my go-to for skin care, especially in the wintertime. I have incredibly sensitive and reactive skin, so heavy moisturizers can be iffy. This lightweight formula is the perfect solution! My skin drinks it up during the colder months, and it transitions with me from season to season. — Samantha Brash, director of content strategy

Juara Candlenut Glow Body Oil

Juara

Juara

Next month, I'll be coming up on a year since a life-affirming trip to Bali. I can't wait to go back, but until then, I'll continue looking to Indonesian skin-care brand Juara, and in particular, its Candlenut Glow body oil, to transport me back. Especially when it's cold outside, enveloping my limps in this warming, sense-awakening elixir leaves my mind and body at ease — with softer, more supple skin all over, to boot. — L.V.

Yon-Ka Time Resist Nuit

Yon-Ka

Yon-Ka

Slathering my face with this smart moisturizer has become a highlight of my evenings. It's a gorgeous night cream made with an ingredient that the brand refers to as its "serenity molecule." It works to combat signs of aging by decreasing the skin's stress response. It's complemented by a blend of anti-inflammatory lipoamino acid, replenishing plant stem cells, nourishing wakame extract, and moisturizing shea butter. This cream glides on like butter and leaves my skin feeling cared for. — K.J.B.

Bobbi Brown City Glamour Eyeshadow Palette

Last month, Bobbi Brown makeup artist Yuby Leoce gave me a set of smoked-out molten gold lids using the new City Glamour eyeshadow palette. I instantly became obsessed and have since been looking to this pitch-perfect palette, which harmonizes metallics, nudes, and an ultra-flattering mauve, for luminous holiday party eye looks. — L.V.

KISS imPRESS Press-On Falsies

Kiss

Kiss

'Tis the season for bold holiday eye looks, so I'm constantly wearing falsies. Although I love a good strip lash, recently, I've been reaching for these babies. They're lash clusters that come with adhesive already attached, so all you have to do is peel them out of the package and plop them on your lids. Both sides of the lash have adhesive, so you can apply them either on top of the lash line or underneath. The latter is my preferred method for a more seamless blend. — K.J.B.

Superegg Calm Movements Eye and Cheek Mask

Superegg

Superegg

I tend to kick pampering up a notch this time of year. So naturally, I've worked through my stash of beloved Superegg Calm Movement face masks. The cooling hydrogel sensation feels fantastic as ingredients like calming cica and hydration-boosting panthenol work to plump and supply luminosity to my winter-worn skin. Unlike traditional face masks that hold on for dear life, I love how the C-shape clings on comfortably while targeting the cheeks and under the eyes, which is where I need the most TLC anyway. It's much easier to wear around the house as I'm multi-tasking! — L.V.

Flora & Noor Berry Oxygen Mask

Flora & Noor

Flora & Noor

I can't stop reaching for this face mask — it has all of my favorite mask elements rolled into one product. It's got a creamy texture that doesn't dry down super fast, an invigorating tingle (thanks to glycolic acid) that lets me know it's working without causing discomfort, and antioxidant-rich fruits to leave my skin radiant. Every time I put it on, I feel a wash of calm go over me. And once I wipe it off, my skin is nourished and glowy. — K.J.B.

Westman Atelier Skin Activator

Westman Atelier

Westman Atelier

Makeup legend Gucci Westman isn’t just a North star of mine for makeup, but skin care as well! She, too, suffers from rosacea, so I always know my complexion is safe with Westman Atelier. Her new Skin Activator serum—designed to quench skin and boost firmness with 12 robust actives, including soothing prickly pear cactus extract, plumping hyaluronic acid, and protective L-arginine—is everything I need it to be. It supplies a bouncy, super-hydrated canvas that makeup glides onto for a smooth and seamless blend. In other words, it's a dream. — L.V.

Paula's Choice SPF Oil

Paula's Choice

Paula's Choice

I naturally have super dry skin, so come winter, things get a bit dire. I'm ready to slap anything on my skin to revive it from its parched state. That means I want every step of my routine to aid in moisture. This SPF oil from Paula's Choice has become my favorite way to end my morning routine. It's a blend of sunflower seed oil and rosemary oil, along with SPF filters. While the SPF protects my skin from the sun's rays (which is still necessary in the winter!) the oils provide an occlusive layer on my skin, keeping moisture in and dry air out. — K.J.B.
