“1000-Lb. Sisters”’ Tammy Slaton Works Out with Siblings While Wearing Trash Bags: 'We Gon’ Sweat Today' (Exclusive)

“Even if it is a trash bag, I’m gonna put that b— on and work it baby!” says Tammy Slaton in PEOPLE’s exclusive clip

Tammy Slaton is making her weight loss journey a family affair.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip from Tuesday’s episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters, the 37-year-old is hitting the gym with her siblings Chris, Amanda and Misty. Taking Chris’ advice, they all wore trash bags to sweat more during the group workout.

“All the way through high school, football practice and wrestling practice when you had to sweat, to cut weight the coach told you to get a trash bag and put it on and start sweating,” Chris says in the clip. “Get ready b—es, we gon’ sweat today!”

Since Tammy has returned home from rehab and is continuing her weight loss journey, Amanda said it’s good idea for them all to participate.

“We all need to lose weight,” she says. “Y’all gotta lose weight to meet your goals. Why can’t we all meet our goals together?”

“I’m meeting my goals,” Tammy boasts before Amanda says, “You’re eating your goals?”

The siblings all laugh at Amanda mistaking what her sister said as Tammy jokes, “I might be eating them too!”

“It’s not my style of dress but I guess even if it is a trash bag, I’m gonna put that b— on and work it baby!” Tammy adds.

“We look dumb as hell, but it is what it is,” Amanda says. “We gotta get it in where we can fit it in, I guess.”

In the clip, the siblings were laughing about how they all looked wearing trash bags and sweat bands in the middle of the gym before starting their workout with their trainer, Grant.

“I don’t like working out,” Tammy admits. “But it’s better having my family around. We’re able to laugh and cut up and tease each other.

“I was just really waiting for one of them to bend over and fart,” she adds before laughing hysterically. “I would’ve died. I ain’t taking that trash out! That’d be like a pile of dirty diapers on a hot Sunday morning.”

A new episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters airs Tuesday, Dec. 26 at 9PM ET/PT.
