10-year-old Girl Scout's rap goes viral, helping her sell out of cookies in one day

Every year Girl Scouts around the nation think of new and innovative ways to sell their cookies. This year, one young Girl Scout got very creative -- and it paid off.

Ten-year-old Kayla "Kiki" Paschall needed a new marketing strategy to sell her cookies, and after brainstorming with her mother, Shania Accius, they came up with the idea to film a rap set to Cardi B's "Money."

While the original version of the hit song may not be appropriate for young listeners, Kiki's remake is tailored for people of all ages.

"Black girl magic, you know the deal, Communities served, leadership skills, Studio City to Woodland Hills" the talented scout from Troop 3246 in California's San Fernando Valley raps. "Buy Thin Mints or even Smores, Please open up when I knock on your door."

The video quickly went viral on social media, and the young entrepreneur sold out of her cookies and met her goal in just one day, reports KTLA.

Just two days after the Girl Scouts tweeted the video from their account, Cardi B responded, saying "I want all the cookieshhh."
