If you've already watched After (and all of its sequels, ofc) and are sitting here trying to once again find the high of delving into a new young love story with twists and turns galore, then let me tell ya, we've got some options.

Whether you loved it or loved to hate-watch it, Tessa and Hardin's rocky romance in After really had it all: instant attraction, jealousy, steamy hookups, a secret bet, heartbreak, a love letter essay, and, finally, forgiveness. Thankfully, pretty much all of these tropes can be found in, well, pretty much every teen romance movie ever. Here are 10 of the best of them!

The Perfect Date

Okay, here's a rom-com that'll make you LOL and "awwwww" in equal measure. In an attempt to make some money for college, high schooler Brooks Rattigan starts offering up his services as a fake date. Call Me by Your Name

This movie is just chef's-kiss-level perfection. It's set in Italy in the summer of '83 where 17-year-old Elio (Timothée Chalamet) is staying with his family at their villa. When Oliver, the doctoral student interning for Elio's father arrives, the two have a hot and steamy summer together. Some of the twists and turns feel like an emotional gut punch, but it's so good.

Twilight

I know After doesn't exactly involve mythical creatures like vampires and werewolves, but is there a more iconic want-to-be-together-but-can't young love story than Edward and Bella's? Plus, you've got four sequels to watch, so the Twilight series will have your viewing needs covered for, what, at least a weekend?

The Notebook

That whole "family not approving of who you're dating and getting involved" thing that you get in After, you can also find in The Notebook. The movie's set in 1940s South Carolina, where Noah, a mill worker, and Allie, the daughter of a rich family, fall in love, but her parents don't approve. When Noah has to go off to serve in WWII it kinda seems like it might be the end for them, but... their connection is crazy strong. Be warned now that the chances of you sobbing in this movie are pretty much 100%.
