This $10 Million Russian Wedding Featured Violins, a 10-Tier Cake, and Lady Gaga
One couple with a $10 million wedding budget went all out for their lavish ceremony with a red carpet, a 10-tier cake, and a musical guest appearance by Lady Gaga.
The nuptials of Lolita Osmanova and Gaspar Avdolyan, the Beverly-Hills based offspring of the two wealthiest men in Russia, were held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles where the Academy Awards take place.

According to the Daily Mail, guests entered at the venue by way of a red carpet flanked by classical violinists.

And the bride, whose age is believed to be 22, walked down a golden aisle adorned by white rose arrangements while holding a bouquet bigger than her head (seriously). Her dress was a beaded, off-the-shoulder masterpiece by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad, who has dressed celebrities such as Adele and Jennifer Lopez.

After the ceremony, Osmanova changed into a white, fringed 1940s-style dress to cut the 10-tier wedding cake and guests were treated to a performance by Lady Gaga, who was reportedly paid more than $2 million for the evening.

Anyone looking to outdo the couple’s extravagant day will need to be resourceful. According to Russian newspapers, a more expensive wedding would have to be held in space.
