For 29 years, the Out100 has been a celebration of LGBTQ+ excellence. Every year, the list honors people who have been entertaining us, making a difference, overcoming major obstacles, and reaching significant landmarks in their lives and careers.
As a crucial part of the LGBTQ+ community, several drag performers have been featured in the Out100 over the years. Leading up to the big reveal of this year’s Out100, this feels like the perfect time to look back at the drag entertainers who have already been featured as honorees.

Jinkx Monsoon
Jinkx Monsoon was honored in the Out100 after winning the all-winners edition of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars and becoming the first two-time Drag Race winner in herstory. Since then, Monsoon starred in Chicago on Broadway, went on a massive summer tour titled Everything At Stake, re-joined forces with BenDeLaCreme for a new holiday tour in 2023, and is set to appear in the upcoming season of Doctor Who.
Bob The Drag Queen
Drag Race season eight winner Bob The Drag Queen was also honored in the Out100. In recent years, Bob cohosted the first three seasons of We’re Here, launched the Sibling Rivalry podcast with Monét X Change, released lots of original music, was featured as a character on The Simpsons, and released the Woke Man in a Dress comedy special. Starting in 2023, Bob is also joining Madonna’s The Celebration Tour as a performer alongside the Queen of Pop.
Trixie Mattel
Trixie Mattel has truly taken over the world since appearing in season seven of Drag Race and winning All Stars 3. Between starring in the Moving Parts documentary, running the Trixie Cosmetics makeup company, hitting the road with several international tours, cohosting various successful digital series and podcasts, being a judge on Queen of the Universe, and opening up the Trixie Motel in Palm Springs, there’s nothing this past Out100 honoree can’t do.
Symone
Symone was an Out100 cover star after winning the 13th season of Drag Race. For the cover, she recreated an iconic photo from none other than RuPaul! Since then, Symone has attended the Met Gala, traveled the world to watch fashion shows, collaborated with different designers, made her acting debut in Bros, and recently launched the Avalon TV series on WOW Presents Plus.
Kylie Sonique Love
Kylie Sonique Love made herstory after winning All Stars 6 and becoming the first-ever trans woman in the Drag Race Hall of Fame. And when it comes to the Out100, she is definitely also in our Hall of Fame! In recent years, Love has been touring the world, releasing new music, starring in TV shows, and walking for New York Fashion Week, to name a few.
The Boulet Brothers
Since being honored in the Out100, the Boulet Brothers have been expanding their own universe with The Boulet Brother’s Dragula franchise. In 2022, they launched the first-ever season of The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula: Titans, an all-stars edition of their long-running reality competition series. The Boulet Brothers also hosted the Halfway to Halloween special in 2023, and are just getting started to spook up our Halloween with the fifth season of Dragula.
Willow Pill
Willow Pill was honored in the Out100 following her incredible crowning on Drag Race season 14 – becoming the first-ever queen in the series to win a grand prize of $150,000. As of late, Pill has starred in music videos like “Taste So Good” and “Angle,” won a Critics’ Choice Real TV Award, collaborated with high-profile brands, and is being her most authentic self since starting her gender journey.
Kim Chi
At the grand finale of Drag Race season eight, Kim Chi told RuPaul that she’d love to start her own makeup company. Even though that seemed impossible at the time, Chi has been running her KimChi Chic Beauty makeup empire in the last few years. The brand became so successful that its products have even been sold at select CVS stores in North America. As expected, Chi has been featured in the Out100 for all of her incredible achievements.
Sasha Velour
Sasha Velour has also been honored in the Out100 following her crowning on Drag Race season nine. In subsequent years, Velour has continued to expand the NightGowns series of shows, starred in a docuseries, and published the fantastic 2023 book The Big Reveal: An Illustrated Manifesto of Drag. Looking ahead, Velour will be one of the new cohosts featured in the fourth season of HBO’s We’re Here.
Miss Fame
Miss Fame has been dominating the fashion industry and pushing the limits of what is possible for drag performers ever since she made her reality TV debut on Drag Race season seven. This past Out100 honoree has been releasing original music, launching her own makeup company called Miss Fame Beauty, and collaborating with a wide range of fashion designers over the years. Not even the sky is a limit for this beauty queen!
