10 of the Biggest ‘Game of Thrones’ Stars Will Reunite On-Screen in 2 Weeks

Hold onto your dragonglass, because we're about to get more Game of Thrones stars on the small screen than we've had since the season eight premiere back in April.

That's right: Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage, Kit Harington, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, Alfie Allen, Gwendoline Christie, Carice van Houten and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau will all grace your TV screens once again on September 22.

Nope, this isn't some sequel to the final send-off of the epic HBO show that we said goodbye to four months ago. All 10 GoT stars will come together to present at the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards on September 22, 2019, and we swear by the old gods and the new that we won't cry this time…

The world will be watching as the cast (including Allen, Christie and van Houten who self-nominated for this year's Emmys) joins ranks again on stage like a good ol'-fashioned Red Wedding (too soon?). The show made history as the most Emmy–award winning show ever in 2016, and has since gone on to be the most award-winning show in history (it has won 308 awards out of 628 nominations). All ten presenters that take the stage this year are nominated for Emmys, including Harington (Jon Snow) and Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) for Lead Actor and Actress categories.

You can watch the Emmys (and this epic reunion) from 8 to 11 p.m. E.T. or 5 to 8 p.m. PT on September 22 on Fox. (And thank your lucky Starks you get to see Sansa and Arya together again.)
