In fact, Crocs didn’t start bedazzling bits and baubles onto clogs until 2005, when they acquired Jibbetz in 2006.
Over a decade after its inception, Crocs started its transition from the boardwalk to the catwalk when Christopher Kane sent his models out not in teetering stilettos, but in comfortable, thick-soled Crocs in the spring/summer 2017 runway.
