Healthy Desserts You Can Eat Every. Single. Day.

For most people, dessert equals decadence frosted with an abundance of guilt. But model turned baker Crosby Tailor is disrupting the idea that sweets need to be sinful with his line of healthy treats, alluringly called Eat Dessert Burn Fat.

Yahoo Health contributor Max Lugavere caught up with Crosby at the 2015 Bulletproof Conference and asked him what inspired his business and how you can whip up some health-boosting meal-enders at home. Watch the interview in the video above, then try the tasty, regret-free recipes below.

Kombucha Slushy

Kombucha is a fermented, slightly sweetened, effervescent black or green tea drink that contains probiotics purported to promote a myriad of health benefits, such as aiding in digestion. You can find it bottled at most health food and traditional grocery stores.

Ingredients

Flavored kombucha
3 tablespoons tocos
2 tablespoons whey
1 tablespoon colostrum
1 tablespoon collagen protein
1 tablespoon prebiotic powder
1 tablespoon xylitol
1 tablespoon Brain Octane oil
1 tablespoon ghee (clarified, unsalted butter with the milk proteins removed)
½ dropper vanilla stevia
Pinch pink salt

Pour flavored kombucha (ginger is delicious) into a standard ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Put half of the ice cubes into a blender, add the remaining ingredients, then put the rest of the cubes on top. Blend.

Serves 1-4.

Chia Seed Pumpkin Pie Pudding

Ingredients

3 tablespoons tocos
3 tablespoons organic pumpkin purée
2 tablespoons whey
1 tablespoon collagen protein
1 tablespoon colostrum
1 tablespoon xylitol or SugaVida
1 tablespoon prebiotic powder
1 tablespoon Brain Octane oil
1 teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon vanilla bean
Pinch pink salt
½ dropper vanilla stevia

Soak 3-4 tablespoons of chia seeds in 6-8 ounces of water until thick and gelatinous. Add chia seeds to blender, then top with remaining ingredients. Blend until thick and creamy. Serve straight out of the blender or refrigerate for a denser texture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Serves 1-2.
