Would You Try a Starbucks Kale Smoothie?
By now, Starbucks fans have likely heard that the coffee giant is selling kale smoothies. The coffee giant has been selling kale-optional smoothies to a third of its locations, including cafes in northern California, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Idaho, since April 1.
As Yahoo Finance reported in March, the Greek yogurt smoothies, the result of a partnership with Danone, come in three flavors — Sweet Greens, Mango Carrot, and Strawberry — and are customizable with items such as protein powder and everyone’s favorite dark leafy green, kale.
Because of the limited rollout, not all Starbucks fans have had a chance to try the new healthy drinks. We scoured Twitter to find some of those people who have gotten their hands on one. Their reviews are in below.
