Pumpkin pie is the go-to dessert on Thanksgiving, but a fun way to present the dessert is in a self-containing mini pumpkin.

BuzzFeed demonstrates how to make pumpkin pie bowls baked in small gourds in this video.

Start with small pumpkins with seeds removed, and smooth a brown sugar and oat crust along the sides. Then, fill the inside with a sweet pumpkin filling and top with whipped coconut creme.
