The Most Delightful Pancake Cartoon You’ll See All Day

Remember Miguel Valenzuela’s fantastical pancake-making robot made of LEGOs? Well, it apparently didn’t quite sate his appetite for whimsy. He’s back again with a video featuring the most recent version of his bot—and an animation made entirely from pancakes.

Skip ahead to the :31 mark for the ‘toon in all its griddle-ed glory. Set to the frenetic tune of Gioachino Rossini’s “William Tell Overture,” Valenzuela’s horse-shaped pancake gallops, leaps, and jumps over pancake lakes and bacon fences.

It’s completely delightful. Unless, you know, your heart is made of stone.
