Roasted Garlic
1 garlic bulb
1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
Dash of salt

Cut the top off of the bulb of garlic. Drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle a dash of salt, and wrap in foil. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Unwrap and serve.
