Boozy Sangria-Inspired Popsicles with Grocery Store Finds

It’s getting hot-hot-hot! Ice-cold popsicles are summer’s sweetest indulgence, but why let the kids have all the fun? We make our popsicles like our sangria—fruity and boozy—using white Moscato wine (sounds fancy, but it’s widely available in grocery stores!) and honeydew melon. Let the cooling-off commence!

Melon Moscato Popsicles

Ingredients
3 c cubed honeydew melon
1½ c Moscato or other sweet white wine
juice of 1 lime
popsicle molds (like these) & sticks, if not included

Directions

  1. Combine the honeydew, moscato, and lime juice in a blender and blend until completely pureed. Pour through a strainer and divide among the popsicle molds.

  2. Insert sticks and freeze completely (overnight or up to 12 hours). Makes approximately 12 popsicles.
