At first glance, these may look like the typical fare of any ice cream truck prowling the summer streets and filling the air with their repetitive tunes. But looks can be deceiving, and this isn’t your typical ice cream — in fact, it’s not ice cream at all.
Reality Bites Cupcakes is a Manhattan-based company that specializes in whimsical and life-ike custom recreations of your favorite foods in cupcake form. These range from bagels to burgers to lobster rolls and beyond.
In honor of Yahoo Food Ice Cream Week, Reality Bites owner Ashley Foxen whipped up these cute ice cream inspired creations for us, including cones, sandwiches, and our own cupcake bowls, which are prime sundae making material.
