The Artful Dishes at the Whitney Museum of American Art

The Whitney Museum of American Art unveiled its new home in New York City's Meatpacking District on Friday, and within, an oasis for hungry art lovers: Untitled, a reimagined version of the Danny Meyer restaurant that resided in the museum's former digs uptown.

Meyer, the restaurateur behind Shake Shack and Gramercy Tavern, is still at the helm. This time, though, he's enlisted the latter's head chef Michael Anthony and sous chef Suzanne Cupps. (Cupps will serve as chef de cuisine for the new Untitled.)

The space, which is nearly entirely enclosed in glass, is a work of art in of itself — designed by the museum's architect, Renzo Piano. The menu, an ode to seasonal new American fare, is no less jaw-dropping. Take a gander at the gorgeous plates in the following slideshow, which will all be offered sometime this season.
