Oven Sliders
Makes 10 sliders
1 pound ground beef (85% lean)
½ yellow onion, grated
1 tablespoon spicy mustard
1 large egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
10 mini hamburger buns

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except for the beef. Add the beef and gently fold into the spice mixture. Fill a ¼ cup with beef mixture. Pack beef into cup to form patties. Gently tap out beef with your hands. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart. With the bottom of the measuring cup, push down and slightly flatten. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes. Flip halfway thru. Remove from oven, let sit for 5 minutes to cool. Assemble burgers, and top with cheese if desired.
