Springy Strawberry Yogurt Tarts

Strawberry Yogurt Tarts Recipe

Servings Per Recipe: 15

Serving Size: 2 Tarts

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pkg. mini phyllo shells (15 count)
FILLING
  • 6 oz. nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thaw phyllo shells according to manufacturer’s directions.

  2. Mix all filling ingredients together. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  3. Fill each shell with 2 teaspoons of yogurt mixture.

NOTE

For best results fill shells just before serving.
