This clip shows you how to make the flavored vodka at home with a few seasonal ingredients. Just combine ginger, molasses, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon in a bottle and let sit for two days, giving the bottle a good shake each day to incorporate the flavors.

Gingerbread Infused Vodka
700ml vodka
1 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
¼ cup molasses
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
3 whole cloves

In a blender, add vodka, ginger, molasses, and sugar. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into an airtight container and add the cinnamon and cloves. Cover and let stand to infuse for 2 days. Shake once daily. After day 2, strain with a fine mesh strainer. You may have to strain it twice to remove all sediment. Pour back into clean vodka bottle.

Gingerbread Cookie Cocktail

1 ounce of infused liqueur
1 oz brandy
½ cup half and half
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk.

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass with ice cubes. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg.
