Gorgeous New Year's Eve Cranberry Sparklers

Whether you’re hosting a New Year’s party or celebrating with an intimate dinner for two at home, ring in the new year with something special like this pretty red-hued New Year’s Eve Sparkler. Add flavor and fizz to plain bubbly for a two-tone sip that’s as delicious as it is beautiful.

2 cups fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup vodka
Two 750ml bottles of champagne

To make, purée cranberries, sugar, and vodka in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill until cold, or up to 1 week. Fill a flute with 3 tablespoons cranberry-vodka mixture and about 1/2 cup bubbly per glass. For the ombre effect, tilt flute and gently pour Champagne down one side into glass. Serve immediately.
