Nationwide Casting Call for 'Top Chef'

Sharpen your knives. Press your aprons. Top Chef is hosting open casting calls.
Just as season 12’s finale heats up in Mexico (part two of the three-part finale airs Wednesday, February 4, at 9 p.m.), Bravo announced today that it’s picking up another season, scheduled to start this fall. And that means casting calls will begin… next week. Top Chef producers will hit five U.S. cities during the next three weeks, kicking off Tuesday, February 3. Here’s a full list of dates and locations:

Adele’s, 1210 McGavock St., Nashville, Tenn., 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Canlis, 2576 Aurora Ave. North, Seattle, Wash., 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Tuesday, February 10
Trenchermen, 2039 W. North Ave., Chicago, Ill., 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Talde, 369 7th Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y. 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Tuesday, February 17
Scarpetta, 225 North Canon Dr., Beverly Hills, Calif., 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
