Martha Stewart: Watermelon and Feta Salad
The aroma of a cut watermelon is so evocative of summer, you can’t help but be transported on the first cut. Honestly, you don’t need to add a thing to enjoy this fruit (not that I need to tell you that). But next time you are looking for something a little different, try pairing it with some sweet basil; tangy, salty feta; and a squeeze of lime for a fruit salad that’s great as a side or even for breakfast!
