No-Cook Avocado-Chocolate Pudding (Just Go With It)
This no-cook chocolate pudding uses avocados for its creamy base and makes for a delicious dairy-free treat. If you love chocolate pudding, you’re going to be pleasantly surprised by this clever and incredibly guilt-free dessert!
3 avocados
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup raw honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Sea salt
1. Puree avocados, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla in a food processor until smooth. Sprinkle pudding with salt before serving.
