Ja Rule, Foodie?

According to the Food Network Magazine, Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian and rapper Jeffrey Atkins, a.k.a. Ja Rule, are bros. The company’s website just posted a teaser to its magazine’s first-ever music issue (and concert), featuring four pairs of humans we couldn’t have even dreamed up: Ina Garten with Taylor Swift, Jeff Mauro with Billy Corgan, Michael Symon with Sammy Hagar, and, yes, Geoffrey Zakarian, with Ja Rule.

What do Jeffrey and Geoffrey (cuuuute) do together, we wonder? Are they “Livin’ It Up” in a private room at the Lambs Club? Do they bond over their shared punctuality? (Maybe they’re both “Always On Time” for dinner.) When Ja sang “Put It On Me,” was he personifying a chicken breast, and referring to a chiffonade of basil?

Only time will tell. The music issue hits stands June 24. So, you know, “Holla Holla.”
