Gwyneth Paltrow wants to follow in the footsteps of hipster food purveyors across the U.S. — the actress and founder of lifestyle brand Goop revealed in a recent interview she’s mulling a food truck for her next lifestyle brand.

“I’m dying for a food truck — it’s my dream,” Paltrow said in her cover story for October’s Conde Nast Traveler. She also said she planned on serving food to the masses herself from her future food truck.

Paltrow’s plan to start a food truck is surprising, given the mother of two famously forbade her kids from eating fast food and infamously said she’d “rather die than let my kid eat Cup A Soup.” No doubt Paltrow’s food truck menu will include plenty of organic,vitamin-rich menu items.

Since Paltrow launched Goop in 2008 with a weekly newsletter, the actress has grown Goop to a full-fledged multiplatform brand. Goop now sells clothing, home goods, and accessories on Goop.com, and has collaborated with like-minded good-living companies, including organic skincare line Juice Beauty. Goop is also developing its own clothing line. New CEO Lisa Gersh, formerly of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, joined the company earlier this year to help guide Goop’s expansion.

In addition to her Goop ventures, Paltrow this summer also launched a healthy takeout company, 3 Green Hearts, with her fitness guru, Tracy Anderson.
