The Pastry Program at the International Culinary Center (ICC) has baked and marzipanned-up a series of “Purse Cakes” that look good enough to eat. Even if you’re a model, walking the runway tomorrow. LIKE THE ONE IN THE VIDEO ABOVE DID ON THE SUBWAY AND FREAKED PEOPLE OUT. Note the truly disturbed lady on her phone at 0:55.
