Got milk? Great. Got heavy cream, buttermilk, or sour cream? Don’t fret.

In this episode of “Tipline,” we’ve got three dairy hacks you can use if you forget a few staples from the grocery store on Thanksgiving.

You can make buttermilk out of regular milk and lemon juice, and swap Greek yogurt for sour cream. You can also add melted cooled butter to regular milk to make heavy cream.

These tricks will save you an extra trip to the market, a relief if you realize what’s missing when you’ve already got your turkey in the oven.
