Disney On Ice: The 'Frozen' Cocktail

By Andrew Knowlton

The Melting Olaf: A clear cocktail for those parents who have seen “Frozen” exactly 14 times too many, and will get their fill of miniature Annas and Elsas come Halloween night. Makes 1, but easily multiples to serve a gaggle of witches and ghouls.

  • 1½ ounces aquavit

  • 1 ounce St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

  • Club soda

  • 1 carrot

Combine aquavit, St-Germain, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top off with club soda. Garnish with a carrot nose—er—stick.
Note: Carrot nose/stick is mostly a joke.
