We know, we know. Exercise might be the last thing you want to hear about on Thanksgiving. But mark our words: In a few days hence, after eating nothing but cold turkey leftovers, gloopy stuffing, and slice upon slice of pumpkin pie, you'll be revved to get moving.

But don't be intimidated. Whereas your annual battle with Thanksgiving overindulgence comes but once a year, overeating is a daily struggle for chefs. Many counteract their figure-risking careers with plenty of exercise. And if they can do it, you can do it.
