Dark Chocolate-Dipped Cherries
It’s cherry season and if there is one thing better than a bowl of cherries, it’s platter of dark chocolate-dipped cherries.
And did we mention easy? This is a two-ingredient recipe that calls for one pot (to melt the chocolate) and one parchment-lined baking sheet — so clean up is a snap.
Plus the combo of antioxidant-rich dark chocolate and cherries — they’re a super food you know — makes this about the healthiest treat around.
8 ounces (2 cups) sweet cherries
1.5 ounces melted dark chocolate
1. Dip the bottoms of cherries in chocolate. Let excess drip off.
2. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate about 15 minutes.
