Citrus Crush Smoothies
Serves 2

This dreamy treat gets a vitamin C boost from the citrus, which helps your body better absorb the rawesome iron from the spinach. Now that’s what we call teamwork!

2 cups spinach
11⁄2 cups water
1 orange, peeled
1 cup grapes
1 cup chopped pineapple

Blend the spinach, water, and orange until smooth.

Add the grapes and pineapple and blend again.
