Pocky, a Japanese snack of chocolate-coated biscuit sticks, comes in many flavors. Baird chose appropriately pink strawberry Pocky to create a cookie fence around the perimeter of this yellow cake iced with vanilla frosting. Frosting tinted pink, of course.
