The Young and the Restless spoilers for Tuesday, March 14, show Lily what a real kick-ass lady boss is like when Jill makes her voice heard.

Take Some Notes

Lily (Christel Khalil) thinks she should be in charge of Chancellor-Winters. Devon (Bryton James) thinks it should be him. Billy (Jason Thompson) has also thrown his hat into the ring. Not to do actual work. Actual work has never really been Billy’s thing. But he wants all ideas to be run by him so he can veto them. And he’d like his name on the letterhead. For the aesthetics. But all these wannabees are about to get the Mother of all lectures from Jill (Jess Walton). It’s her company, and this is how it’s going to be.

Change Your Mind, Change Your Life

And speaking of decisions made at the top…. When Lily first fired Daniel (Michael Graziadei), he took it with grace. He understood he had it coming. When Lily fired Heather (Vail Bloom), she took it with a bit less grace but was willing to let it go.

Then Phyllis (Michelle Stafford, who dished on this big secret) inserted herself in the proceedings and decided that Daniel and Heather should sue Lily for wrongful termination! Heather leaped on board. Daniel took a little longer to come around but eventually went ahead with what the forceful women in his life wanted. Now that he’s had some time to think about it — alone — will he swallow his pride and realize he doesn’t have a case?

Prove That You Mean It

Tucker (Trevor St. John) keeps telling Audra (Zuleyka Silver, who recently did this) that he is totally into her and nobody but her. Audra is no idiot. Tucker may be older, but he isn’t necessarily wiser. Just because she enjoys what his lifestyle buys her doesn’t mean she buys everything that he’s selling. If they’re going to make this permanent, she needs to believe that her fiance is completely loyal to her. Which means it’s time for some deeds, not just words.
