Y&R Spoilers: All Hands On The Abbott Deck

For the Tuesday, April 9 episode of The Young and the Restless, spoilers finally clue in the Abbotts that their sister is not OK. Ashley needs serious help. Will she finally get it?

The Three Faces of Ash

There are voices in Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) head (read about her history of mental illness here). We’re not sure who they are or when they first started. All we know is, they’re not doing her any favors. She’s been acting irrationally, losing time, refusing any offers of help, and flying off the handle if anybody suggests something is wrong.

Traci (Beth Maitland) is pretty sure she’s unwell, and even Audra (Zuleyka Silver) has come to the conclusion that Ashley is not in her right mind. Will Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Jason Thompson) finally get with the program and insist she get some help? And not take tantrums for an answer, this time?

Promises, Promises

Victor (Eric Braeden) has been telling Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) how she should be dealing with the Jordan (Colleen Zenk) situation, and Nikki has been going along with his edicts. Because Victor is incapable of hearing the word no it’s not worth it to argue with him. So Nikki has been agreeing with Victor. And then doing her own thing.

This time, she breaks a promise and does things her way. Even if everything works out, will she still have to bear Victor’s wrath? And God help her if it doesn’t work out…She’ll suffer the consequences. And Victor.

Show Me That Smile Again

Heather (Vail Bloom) wants to sue Lily (Christel Khalil) for firing her and Daniel. Daniel isn’t as keen. He’d like to keep things civil. So he approaches Lily and asks for his and Heather’s jobs back. If she turns him down again, will he agree with Heather that they need to take their personal problems to court?
