The worst kisses in 'Bachelor' history will totally make you cringe and LOL

With just three weeks until the new season of The Bachelor, ABC’s Countdown to Arie gave us a sneak peek at the new bachelor. Since one of the things fans remember the most about Arie Luyendyk Jr. was his kissing style, the show also decided to count down the “Worst Kisses in Bachelor History,” and it was probably one of the most uncomfortable TV segments of the year.

The worst kisses included JoJo Fletcher and Wells Adams’s awkward high-five turned side-kiss, an unwanted kiss from Doug as Emily Maynard was attempting to send him home, a cringeworthy kissing contest, a kiss that literally made the couple run away from each other, and one that was definitely snot attractive (she picks her nose after!).

However, the very worst kiss in “Bachelor” history was the supersexy (or not) make-out sesh that Ben Flajnik and Jamie Otis shared, in which she basically gave him a verbal instruction guide on how they were going to kiss each other, then proceeded to talk him through it. #Awkward.
