A man alleged to be Sean “Diddy” Combs’ “mule” won’t be facing jail time after being caught with cocaine and marijuana gummies on a plane at Opa-locka Executive Airport as federal agents were raiding the rapper’s homes earlier this year.

On March 25, Brendon Paul was getting ready to board one of Diddy’s private jets when Miami-Dade police officers stopped him. They found a small amount of cocaine and 16 marijuana gummies.

Paul, 25, was charged with cocaine possession and later pleaded not guilty.

On Thursday, he was approved for pre-trial diversion by the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, records show. If he completes a six-month substance abuse course, his drug case will be dismissed.

The diversion program is offered to nonviolent offenders with no prior records and who are being prosecuted for a drug possession case.

Paul fit the criteria and did not have enough drugs to be arrested for drug trafficking, a more serious charge.

His arrest was not related to the raids on Combs’ mansions on Star Island in Miami Beach and in Los Angeles, which were part of an ongoing sex-trafficking investigation.
