Why Ariana Madix Hasn’t Watched Pump Rules Season 11

Ariana Madix has been taking her time with Vanderpump Rules Season 11. That is to say, she hasn’t watched it.

Of course, Ariana has been a bit busy with other pursuits, leaving her with little time to watch TV. Chief among these pursuits was her brief run on Broadway as Roxie Hart in Chicago. But there was even more beyond that.

After her time on Dancing with the Stars, the Pump Rules personality has publicized her book, done live shows, and tried to open a sandwich shop. So, where did the show end up?

Ariana hasn’t seen VPR Season 11 or The Valley

During her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Ariana if she was watching Vanderpump Rules. “No,” she said flat out with a laugh. “I live Vanderpump Rules.” She admitted that she’d tried watching the season so far but found herself a little too occupied with other ventures.

However, on the flip side, she added, “Since my run in Chicago ended, I have tried catching up more, because I’ve been able to focus on it.” In general, Ariana didn’t have much time for TV. She admitted that she wasn’t yet watching The Valley either. Granted, she had her reasons. “I want to binge the whole thing at a certain point,” she said.

Even though Ariana might not have had the time to watch VPR Season 11, it’s hard to imagine that she would even want to. In theory, she’d have to revisit the fresh wounds that fans saw her opening throughout each episode. Not to mention the often baffling editing choices that seemed to paint her as a villain rather than a victim.

The Vanderpump Rules Season 11 finale airs Tuesday, May 7, at 8/7c on Bravo.
