Where to watch 'American Horror Story: Delicate'

Everyone’s favorite horror anthology series is back for its 12th chapter — just in time for spooky season. American Horror Story: Delicate is the first season of Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuck’s award-winning show to be based on a book. AHS: Delicate draws its inspiration from the novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine, telling the story of an actress who, in the midst of a grueling IVF journey and an Oscar campaign, begins to sense a sinister force conspiring against her.

AHS: Delicate also marks unscripted reality star Kim Kardashian’s first foray into scripted acting. Though, it won’t be American Horror Story’s first time spotlighting a first-time actress — before Lady Gaga was winning Oscars, she was playing the blood-curdling Countess in AHS: Hotel. Will Delicate inspire Kim to dive deeper into an acting career? Only time (and maybe the ratings) will tell.

American Horror Story: Delicate release date

American Horror Story: Delicate (part one) premiered on FX Sept. 20 and hits Hulu today. The five episodes making up part one of AHS Season 12 will drop weekly until Oct. 18. Part two of American Horror Story: Delicate does not yet have an official premiere date, but is expected in early 2024.

Who is in the new season of American Horror Story?

AHS Season 12 sees the return of franchise regulars Emma Roberts and Billie Lourd. Kim Kardashian also makes her AHS debut this season, along with Cara Delevingne.

Also joining the cast this season are Matt Czuchry (Gilmore Girls fans, rise!), Denis O’Hare, Leslie Grossman and Michaela Jaé Rodriguez.
