Republic of DeSantis won't have to worry about Biden's rules

Here is a novel idea for the governor, his Cabinet and the Florida Legislature in their 2022 session. Draw up articles of secession from the United States and create the Republic of DeSantis. The new Republic won't have to worry about the President Joe Biden administration rules and regulations.

If the new Republic of DeSantis runs into economic problems, it can apply to the United States for foreign aid. Oh, I forgot. The Conch Republic already tried that. Duh!
