Victoria Beckham just turned 50, and she celebrated with an epic, star-studded bash that was attended by a slew of famous friends. But amid the party's viral festivities, fans noticed that Victoria has been dealing with a foot injury that has left her sporting a boot and using crutches.

This isn’t the first event where her foot injury has been the center of attention. Victoria was also spotted using crutches at her Paris Fashion Week show.

Victoria's husband David Beckham shared back in late February that his wife had broken her foot. "Apparently my wife's little accident in the gym was a clean break," he wrote on his Instagram Story at the time over a photo of Victoria’s foot in a boot. The former professional soccer player also added a white heart and sad face emojis.

The update comes after Victoria first revealed her injury the week prior, telling her followers that she "fell over in the gym."

Here's everything to know about Victoria's foot injury and ongoing recovery.

Victoria first shared the foot injury on Valentine’s Day.

While Victoria and David celebrated Valentine's Day with a couple of sweet tributes to one another, it wasn't all romance. That same day, the former Spice Girl also shared with fans that she'd injured her foot during a workout.

"Happy Valentine's Day to me...” she wrote on her Instagram Stories, alongside a photo of her foot with a pack of ice on it. At the bottom of the photo, Victoria added that she “fell over in the gym!!!” next to a face palm emoji.

David reposted her snap and teased his wife about the accident, writing, “How big's your toe? WOW. I NEVER NOTICED THAT BEFORE.” Classic David and Vic.

She’s since been seen using crutches.

On Feb. 23, paparazzi photos—posted by The Sun and The Daily Mail, amongst other outlets—publicly captured Victoria for the first time after her accident. In the snaps, the 49-year-old utilized crutches and sported a boot on her foot. She paired the medical accessories with a single £890 Alaïa pump as she left Dorian Bistro in Notting Hill, per The Daily Mail.

This isn’t Victoria’s first time using crutches: In 2018, she revealed that she'd suffered a "small stress fracture" on Instagram.

"Thank you for all the lovely messages," she wrote at the time. "A small stress fracture, just needs some rest! #itsnotideal."

She dealt with the injury at her 50th birthday party, too.

Unfortunately for Victoria, she’s still using crutches weeks after her initial injury. She was spotted using crutches while heading into her 50th birthday party, wearing a gorgeous, semi-sheer mint dress.

The event was no joke: It was held at Oswald’s (a members-only club in London), and was packed with stars. Eva Longoria, Tom Cruise, Marc Anthony, Jason Statham, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Gordon Ramsay were all there, according to People.

Victoria shared several posts about the party on Instagram, posing alongside her buddies.

"The best gift to be reunited!! Thank you to all my friends and family for celebrating with me. Kisses!" she wrote in the caption of one.

While Victoria showed up at the party on crutches, she still was able to dance to Spice Girls hits without them. Fans collectively freaked online after David shared a video of Victoria and her Spice Girls bandmates dancing to “Stop” in front of the crowd.

Victoria was later carried out of the bash by David. Always the gentleman!

Victoria is known for working hard in the gym.

The former pop star is no stranger to pushing herself with tough workouts, sharing in 2023 that she was in her "strength training phase" via Instagram.

"I follow my training session, which I vary day-to-day, to focus on different areas of the body," she wrote at the time. "Today I'm focusing on my upper-body strength, with a combination of resistance-band exercises."

Her performance coach, Bobby Rich, told Women’s Health UK that Victoria started leaning into strength training after finding that the benefits from her own training "had become minimal." He added, "Despite spending daily 90+ minute sessions in the gym, she was purely maintaining her fitness levels rather than improving in other meaningful ways. She was ready for a change."

Now, Victoria enjoys lifting heavy, telling Grazia in 2022, "I've always been a bit scared of weights, but it turns out I love them. I've even got those special gloves to wear! It's good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I've got so much more muscle tone now."

Feel better, Victoria!
