Vans x Haribo Drop a Sweet and Sour Collection for Our Inner Child
Vans and Haribo are launching a sugary-sweet collaboration, delivering apparel and footwear for the entire family.
The California-based brand's iconic silhouettes are infused with the much-loved gummy company's infectious joyfulness and exuberance. The familiar Sk8-Hi sneaker arrives in a "Black/Sky Blue" colorway, decorated with Haribo's motto -- "Kids and grown-ups love it so, the happy world of Haribo," written in ten different languages, nodding both labels' worldwide impact. Vans' classic checkerboard pattern is also reinvented as the trademark print is imagined as bouyant yellow gummy bears are embossed into the Vans x Haribo Old Skool V. Meanwhile, the Slip-On Multi provides a rainbow of the classic flavors, scattering the crowd-favorite candy across a multi-colored checkerboard.
Kids' footwear features a matching option of the Old Skool, as well as the Slip-On in a vibrant "Goldbear Red." The canvas upper features an adorable 3-D gummy Goldbear, instantly making its wearer the coolest kid on the block. The collection is rounded out by co-branded hoodies in black and "Sky Blue", outfitted with cuddly imagery of the Haribo bear.
Vans x Haribo's collaboration will be available on April 6 on Vans' online store and retail locations.
