Twitter trolls Donald Trump Jr. for mocking Hillary Clinton's Grammy cameo
Music’s biggest night certainly got the internet talking! The 60th Annual Grammy Awards, held at Madison Square Garden in New York City, featured both high and low moments — all of which were discussed in great length on Twitter.
Rihanna stole the show with her electric performance of “Wild Thoughts,” and boy, the internet took that name to heart. The signer, along with DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller, took over the stage with wild dance moves while the praise took over Twittersphere.

Though the trio gave an outstanding performance, arguably the most buzzed-about moment of the night was Kesha’s “Praying.” The Grammy-nominated song was the Kesha’s response to her sexual misconduct lawsuit against music producer Dr. Luke, long before the #MeToo movement gained steam.
Kesha was joined by several other artists, including Camila Cabello, Cyndi Lauper, Bebe Rexha, Julia Michaels, and Andra Day, all dressed in white. Fans got emotional.

Kesha’s performance was the Recording Academy’s way of showing solidarity with the #MeToo and Time’s Up movement, yet Twitter noticed a glaring problem: All but one of the winners were men.
Alessia Cara was the only female to win one of the major categories. She took home the Best New Artist award. Fans pointed out the huge gender gap.

And, of course, we couldn’t have an awards show without throwing a little shade at President Trump. In one sketch, several artists read from the newly released book Fire and Fury, by Michael Wolff. Cher, Snoop Dog, and even Cardi B read excerpts from the controversial tell-all, but Hillary Clinton’s surprise cameo caused a tweetstorm.
While some found the appearance funny, Donald Trump Jr. took the opportunity to mock the former presidential candidate.

Surprisingly, President Trump remained mum on the subject — and the entire Grammys’ night for that matter — even after picking a fight with one of the night’s biggest honorees, Jay Z. Weird.
