Travis Kelce’s Reported Reaction to Taylor Swift’s New Album – & the Jabs to Her Exes – Is Making Us Swoon

While dating Taylor Swift is the dream for millions of people worldwide, the title must come with a certain set of challenges. In addition to having paparazzi hounding you every time you leave the house, the world knowing all the details of your “secret” getaways, Swift is also known for spilling all the tea about her personal life in her songs. In other words, if you mess up with her, the whole world will know soon enough.

And while Swift’s current boyfriend Travis Kelce is still immune to any negativity in her lyrics, the release of The Tortured Poets Department included many references to her exes Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy. So how will Kelce feel about the mentions of her exes?

As it turns out, Kelce is reportedly totally cool with it. “If it is about Joe, or anyone, even if it is about him in the future, this is the artist she is and he is in love with her and doesn’t pay any attention to be jealous,” a source said of his reaction to Daily Mail.

“He understands this is a major part of what makes her the person and artist she is and he is [in] no way looking to thwart the direction she takes,” the source continued. “He supports her 100 percent and loves everything she is doing. Joe or any of her exes is not of concern to him whatsoever.”

Knowing that opening up on her personal life is such an inspiration for Swift’s writing, we appreciate Kelce’s attitude and applaud him for being so confident in what they have.

In fact, speaking of their connection, Kelce is not only not jealous, but is a big fan of the record-breaking album. “After Travis himself admitted to hearing some of Taylor’s new album during the Super Bowl, he has since been able to hear the entire album on multiple occasions and they have talked about the album and what the songs are all about,” the source said, adding that his favorite songs are “Down Bad” and “loml.”

“He can’t wait to buy her album and support her that way,” the insider added. “He is very excited for her and for people to hear it and be there for the next phase of her career.” Talk about best boyfriend behavior!
