OK, so you’ve already binge-watched hits like Virgin River, Sweet Magnolias and Dead to Me, and you're looking for more of the best shows on Netflix. Luckily, the streaming service has a ton of movies and shows to choose from in its top-rated section, which ranks popular titles based on what’s trending. The best part? The list is updated daily, making it an ideal place for me to find new suggestions (like Eric).

From Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult to Tires, keep reading for the top ten Netflix series and my personal editor's pick of the week.

Editor’s Pick of the Week: Girls5Eva

  • Who’s in it: Sara Bareilles, Busy Philipps, Paula Pell, Renée Elise Goldsberry

  • How many seasons: 3

  • For fans of: Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

  • Genre: Comedy

This is the most underrated comedy on Netflix right now. Period, end of story. And based on the heavy nature of most of the top ten list below, I'm thinking we could use a bit more levity in the mix.

The series explores how a twist of fate brings a '90s girl group back together ("fate" in the form of a rapper named Lil' Stinker, who samples their biggest hit in his latest hit). As they try to re-establish themselves in a post-streaming, social media-enhanced world as women in their 40s, Girls5Eva pokes fun at society's notions around aging and having it all, while also skewering pop culture in general in a way that's genuinely laugh-out-loud funny. Given that Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt's Meredith Scardino and Tiny Fey are behind it, how could it not be though, right?
