In the court filing obtained by TheWrap, Gordon claimed that people connected to Bobbi Kristina are dragging his name through the mud via public statements, including a statement from her father Bobby Brown‘s attorney that Gordon was trying to avoid “telling the truth under oath.” Gordon made the claims Monday as he seeks to delay proceedings in a $40 million lawsuit brought against him by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia C. Hargrove.
