‘Sister Wives’ Co-Star Garrison Brown’s Cause Of Death Confirmed

The Coconino County Medical Examiner in Arizona has confirmed in an autopsy report that 25-year-old Garrison Brown of the TV show Sister Wives died from a gunshot wound to the head.

His manner of death was ruled a suicide. Police said no foul play is suspected.

The report notes that a contributing factor was alcohol poisoning. Per the autopsy, Garrison’s blood alcohol level was .30% , based on his iliac blood analysis, and .37% based on his vitreous analysis.

The first number is just short of four times the legal limit, while the second is well above that four-times standard.

Garrison also had trace amounts of caffeine in his system at the time of his death.

The deceased was the son of Janelle and Kody Brown. He was found dead in his home in Flagstaff, Arizona, on March 5. His 22-year-old brother, Gabriel, found the body.

Shortly after the news, Janelle Brown confirmed her son’s death in a statement shared to Instagram.

“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy, Robert Garrison Brown,” she captioned a series of images of her son. “He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”
