Simon Guobadia Claims He Received ‘Threatening Text’ From Porsha Williams

So nasty and so rude. I don’t think anyone thought that the super speedy coupling of Porsha Williams and taken man Simon Guobadia would last. But it’s not only gone up in flames, it has reached a new level of mess. To the point where the split is as messy as the relationship was short.

The once-lovesick couple has been throwing blows on social media and the press since their February divorce announcement. Now Simon is claiming that the Real Housewives of Atlanta star sent him a “threatening” text. Radar Online has the details.

The couple’s drama has spilled over to social media

According to documents obtained by the outlet, Simon included the text message in a court filing this week. His inclusion of the text is to support his argument that he “suffered and will continue to suffer damages” from Porsha.

The text in question is from March 11th and allegedly read, “Listen I suggest you stop spreading lies about me. I am holding your truth but I won’t for long if you are going to continue to lie on.”

Simon added that on the same day, Porsha “publicly posted her threat” on social media. “If You keep telling Your LIES…I will start speaking my TRUTH!” she wrote on Instagram.

Simon is seeking damages

Legal documents filed by Simon also stated, “Wife’s statements are false and malicious defamation of the Husband, that she expressed in print and writing, tending to injure the reputation of the Husband and exposing him to public hatred, contempt, and ridicule.”

After just 15 months of marriage, Porsha and Simon are duking it out in court over the enforcement of their pre-nuptial agreement. The Nigerian businessman also called Porsha’s fight for his $7 million “pre-marital” home “wholly unfair and shocking.”

Simon argued to the court that he is “entitled to recover damages” against Porsha “for her libelous actions.”
