See the L.A. Mansion That Mandy Moore Just Sold for $3M
Mandy Moore is on a roll.
The 32-year-old’s new show, This Is Us, is already a hit, after just two episodes. On the personal front, Moore just sold her home of 14 years, which she shared with ex-husband Ryan Adams while they were married, in L.A.’s trendy Los Feliz area for $2.95 million, according to Zillow.

With a price tag like that, the buyer is definitely getting a house worthy of a celebrity. The 4,700-square-feet residence offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms on two levels, with hardwood floors, beamed ceilings, and chandeliers throughout. There’s a fireplace and, in the master suite, a private balcony and a walk-in closet. The property dates back to 1927, although it was renovated while Moore owned it.

The gardens outside make the place seem like a “tranquil sanctuary,” according to the listing. Oak and citrus trees dot the property, and the hiking trails of Griffith Park are within walking distance. Of course, there’s also a two-car garage for when the owner wants to head out for a drive.
Take a look around.
