Salomon Blazes the Trail With Limited Anniversary Edition XT-6 10Y
Footwear brand Salomon is celebrating ten years of the XT-6 sneaker, painting the iconic silhouette in a bright, fiery red.
The limited-edition colorway pays homage to the label's trail running history, honoring its origins when it was just a design. The treasured shape is the result of the shared creative efforts of Salomon's top tier athletes and team, achieving a shoe that delivers high performance with a high-caliber aesthetic. The XT-6 made its debut in 2013 in the S/Lab technical running range, equipped to handle the harshest of conditions, holding its own during mountainside ultramarathons. Today, it channels its grit and fortitude for everyday adventures.
The updated version of the timeless XT-6 boasts an EVA midsole construction, alongside a crisp, translucent finish. Elsewhere, its solid Mud Contagrip® outsole provides extra support on multitudes of terrain, while its dual density midsole offers a solid landing for those that like to aim high.
